Just a quick update today. Still having problems with the virus, it has proved impossible to get rid of, so I have had to re-start my computer back to factory settings, which means of course, losing everything on it. BUT, as luck would have it, I did manage to save everything before the re-start, so it's now just a case of getting everything back onto the hard drive and try to get everything back to normal.
At least it seems that I have at last got rid of the virus (touch wood, fingers crossed and all the usual stuff). So, hopefully I will be back to normal again very soon.
